For us, restaurant staff, eating is also part of our work.

We are trying out new restaurants everyday, be it good restaurants, restaurants that are recently becoming popular, or any other restaurants.

Today, we are introducing Ranjatai in Jinbo-cho, Tokyo.

We thought it was a really good yakitori restaurant.

They use sweet salt for everything, without any yakitori sauce.
Maybe they are mixing with something? With their salt? Or maybe they use kelp tea?
We think they’ve done thorough research for their food.

We were also surprised to see some French duck!
How can they use that kind of ingredient so casually!

The oyakodon was also very good.

All of their dishes are delicately prepared, and they take great time and effort to make them.
